It's always a pleasure to meet new people and introduce them to the joy of watercolour painting, and of course, it's also great to renew old aquaintances. Whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced artist I’m sure you will find something interesting and enjoyable among the following events. Walking and Painting holidays

Amble along picturesque footpaths, pausing to sketch and paint. These take place at Casa Ana, Ferreirola, in the Spanish Alpujarras, near Granada. A wonderful location in one of the most inspiring landscapes Spain has to offer.  You can find more information here.  2009 dates to be confirmed.

Throughout the year I lead a variety of workshops suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists. Workshop topics include watercolour painting, pen and wash, sketching and drawing.

My own workshops are held in various picturesque locations around the West Norfolk area. The first workshop of the 2009 season is a pen and wash weekend entitled Springtime Sketchbook.  More information. Following on from that, in June there will be an opportunity to sketch and paint on the North Norfolk coast, with a weekend workshop based at Burnham Overy Staithe. More information.

In the summer, I have workshops at both West Norfolk Arts Centre and Snape Maltings in Suffolk.

Weekly courses

For those living within reach of the West Norfolk area I tutor weekly watercolour courses at West Norfolk Arts Centre, Castle Rising, King’s Lynn. The next series will be begin in Autumn 2009 and will include both beginners and improvers courses. For more information click here.
